Accident Insurance Program*
FBI Agents Association Accident Insurance Program for actively at work FBIAA members and their families.
The program provides the following benefits**:
- Accident Coverage – You and covered family members are covered for off-the-job accidents and injuries
- Benefits Include:
- First time Accident Benefit of $100
- Ambulance Benefit
- Hospital Admission Benefit
- X-Ray Benefit and Major Diagnostic Exam Benefit (CT Scan, MRI, etc.)
- Hospital, ICU, and Rehab Benefits
- Accidental Death Benefits up to $50,000. This amount is in addition to the $25,000 Membership Assistance Fund Accidental Death & Dismemberment Policy that is included in your FBIAA membership (fee)
- Accidental burn, dental, lacerations, eye, concussion, ruptured disc, and tendon benefits up to $10,000
- Follow Up Visit & Physical Therapy Visit Benefits
- Special Organized Sports Benefit – Pays additional 25% benefit up to $1,000 for injuries resulting for organized sports. (This benefit is not available in New York)
- Additional Benefit Payments – Pays in addition to all other benefits and are paid directly to the member. May be used to cover deductibles and other expenses not covered by major medical benefits
- Guaranteed Renewable and Portable – Because you are a member of the FBIAA, your benefits under this plan are portable, so you can keep coverage into retirement at the same affordable rate
- Convenient Premiums – Affordable premiums through Government Allotment payroll deduction
- Pre-Existing Conditions – No exclusion of pre-existing conditions
